... change-maker.
Dan Erbling is a seasoned senior executive with a wealth of leadership experience in Fortune 250 organizations, specializing in marketing resource management, IT, and supply chain. His distinguished career spans multiple industries, where he has consistently demonstrated a commitment to efficiency, innovation, and strategic growth.
In addition to his corporate roles, Erbling is an entrepreneur and community leader. He serves as a consultant, volunteer firefighter, and rancher in the Inland Northwest, where he founded CONVERGENCE, a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping veterans.
CONVERGENCE focuses on supporting veterans who are dealing with PTSD, depression, and suicidal thoughts through a unique, collaborative approach that sets it apart from other organizations.
CONVERGENCE’s mission is grounded in the belief that no single agency or organization can solve these complex issues alone. The organization brings together a diverse group of partners—government agencies, businesses, healthcare providers, and other nonprofits—to form a comprehensive support system that is both innovative and effective. This collective effort works for a future where veterans and their families receive the resources, expertise, and care they need to heal.
Erbling has a deeply personal connection to the mission of CONVERGENCE. As a current patient dealing with traumatic brain injury (TBI), Dan’s experience with medical treatments, insurance claims, and the psychological and physiological challenges faced by veterans, offers a first-hand perspective on the struggles veterans encounter when navigating disability claims and transitioning to civilian life. Dan’s leadership is informed not only by his professional expertise but by his lived experience, making him a powerful advocate for those he serves.
